Frank’s Coffee Shop was located at 10 Geary Street in San Francisco.
Frank’s Coffee Shop at 10 Geary Street was listed in the San Francisco telephone directories from 1965 to 1971.
Darlene Ferrin knew Frank Kozusko, the owner of Frank’s Coffee Shop.
Darlene Ferrin went to Frank’s Coffee Shop at 10 Geary Street.

Sidney Mobell’s Jewelry Store and Frank’s Coffee Shop
Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store at 2 Geary Street was located EXACTLY next to Frank’s Coffee Shop at 10 Geary Street.
Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store and Frank’s Coffee Shop were both located on Geary Street at the junction of Market Street and Kearney Streets.
It is evident that Darlene Ferrin went to Frank’s Coffee Shop based upon Darlene Ferrin’s address book.
Darlene Ferrin could have gone to Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store next to Frank’s Coffee Shop.
The Zodiac could have gone to Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store which sold the Zodiac watches.
The Zodiac could have gone to Frank’s Coffee Shop next to Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store.
The Zodiac could have met Darlene Ferrin at either Frank’s Coffee Shop or Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store.

It was not until a few weeks after Darlene Ferrin’s murder that the Zodiac sent communications which included the Zodiac symbol and "This is the Zodiac speaking".
If Darlene Ferrin had not been killed by the Zodiac, then she could have remembered the Zodiac watches which were sold at Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store next to Frank’s Coffee Shop.

Paul Stine and Geary Street
Paul Stine was one of the confirmed victims of the Zodiac.
Paul Stine was shot by the Zodiac on Washington Street (by Cherry Street) in San Francisco on October 11, 1969.
According to the police reports, Paul Stine picked up the Zodiac as a passenger in his taxicab on Geary Street somewhere near Union Square.
Therefore, it is substantiated that the Zodiac was on Geary Street on October 11, 1969, just a couple of blocks from Frank’s Coffee Shop and Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store.
Are these facts merely coincidences?

Frank’s Coffee Shop and Sidney Mobell’s jewelry store were no longer located at Geary Street by 1972.
Curiously, there are not any known communications from the Zodiac in 1972.
